Show your K2 entries on the Map (Pro feature)
Starting with Hotspots 3.6 you are now able to show your K2 entries on the map. All you need to do for this feature is to configure and enable theK2 - Hotspotsplugin. Here is an overview of the plugin parameters:
Category Select the Hotspots category where the K2 entries should go.
Category mapping With the category mapping option you can map your K2 categories, to the Hotspots categories. This way the entries created from K2 don't all have to end in the default category specified. Use the following syntax:
k2CatId=hotspotCatId
k2CatId=hotspotCatId
If a mapping cannot be found we'll fall back to the default category.
Link to Determines whether the readmore button should link to the K2 entry or to the hotspot single view
If you set this option to K2 you would also need to enable the Hotspots Link - K2 plugin.
Hotspot name This is the title of the Hotspot. {title} is a placeholder for the item's title. You can use any of the K2 item object properties
Hotspots description This is the hotspots description. You can use any property of the K2 Item object as placeholder.
You can use <hr id="system-readmore" /> anywhere in the description to force the text after the hr to go in the fulltext field.
Default latitude This is the default latitude center of the map
Default longitude This is the default longitude center of the map
Show map Determines whether to show a map after the K2 entry on the item view.
Map height If show map is set to yes, then here you can enter the height of the map on the item view page.
Map width If show map is set to yes, then this determines the width of the map on the item view page.
Map zoom If show map is set to yes, then this determines the zoom on the item view page.
