Hi folks,

I have double opt-in selected in the configuration. In a test, when I follow the double opt-in link and double opt-in, I click on the button (and acknowledge the recaptcha) but... the status of the user in the CMC user list remains PENDING. It never changes to Subscribed.

What am I doing wrong?

Have you configured the callback URL?

If you are following a link to the mailchimp site, then you need to configure the callback url. The callback url will be called by mailchimp and it will update the local database with the changes.

That was it. A new MC account had been created to replace the original. I didn't think of replacing the new web hook link in MC.
