Resolved Multiple email notifications

Anybody else getting multiple identical emails?
The notifications work fine, I just get the same email three times wiuth identical content and date / time.
Any ideas?

I haven't come to putting cupdater down. But I no longer recommend using it. Joomla comes with an updater plugin that will notify you if there is a new version of joomla. You should use this one instead.

That's true...but I use Cupdater mainly because it monitors the components too and that's not possible with stand alone Joomla yet right?
